| My first CD. . . “THE MUSIC WITHIN” Instrumental originals for acoustic, electric and synthesizer guitar As a mostly self-taught, acoustic finger-style guitarist this CD is both a reflection of my musical ‘roots’ and an expression of the music I’m currently exploring and composing. There are several purely acoustic, solo finger-style tunes here; just me, a guitar, and a couple of good mics. Some others are composed/arranged in the classic jazz-rock trio style of guitar/bass/drum Finally, others are orchestrated with a new instrument I’m exploring, the guitar synthesizer. I can finally play the music I “hear in my head” and have it voiced as a sax, muted trumpet, string section etc . Amazing ! |

| This is an all instrumental collection of music spanning several genres. It includes instrumental pop featuring acoustic, finger-style guitar. There are some 'chill' or 'lounge' style tunes, and some synthesizer based 'ambient' pieces as well. All have a very melodic orientation. It's best enjoyed as background music. |
